About the Clements
Married for nearly 15 years, Chad, Aubrey and their children live in Puyallup where they are active in their church and the local YMCA. They donate up to $500 per buyer-assist transactions to local and national charities, allowing their clients to decide where the money should go. Chad is a western Washington native and was raised in a small logging community on the coast, where he worked in mills and in the logging industry as a youth. Aubrey was raised in Puyallup and Tacoma, and is a graduate of Wilson High. Many years ago Chad brought his solid work ethic into the sales field and has been a top producer ever since, being blessed to receive many monthly and annual sales achievement awards. Aubrey served in an unlicensed assitant capacity while the children were small, eventually becoming a licensed realtor.
What Chad says about his sales philosophy:
Selling isn't about what you say, it's about listening, helping and working hard. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Pierce County real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
The biggest compliment I can ever receive is when a past client calls me to ask if I'm available to help them once again. That, or when I receive a call from a family member or friend of a past client, and I'm fortunate to say that it happens often.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Puyallup, Graham, Sumner, Spanaway, Bonney Lake, Orting, Tacoma... you get the idea... please contact me.
What Aubrey says about her sales philosophy:

"My way of doing business is simple... I treat others the way I like to be treated. I do my best to put myself in our client's shoes, and then apply my service mentality, knowledge of the industry & my hard work ethic to help them as best I can". She goes on to say that "I never try to 'sell' anyone anything but, rather, focus on helping them get what they want".
