About the Clements

Married for nearly 15 years, Chad, Aubrey and their children live in Puyallup where they are active in their church and the local YMCA.  They have three wonderful, active kids... Taylor, nearly 17 (and a new driver!), Michael, 9, an avid basketball player and quarterback in training (when he's not playing video games) and Matthew, 7, a football star who loves to build things with his hands!

Aubrey grew up in Puyallup and Tacoma, graduating from Wilson High School, where she was a stand-out volleyball player.  A very active, loving mother, she serves with the youth at our community church, works with troubled kids as they enter the foster care system (through a state-funded organization) and regularly donates her energy (and boy does she have lots of it!) to help others.  Whether delivering meals to friends in need or taking on strenuous events such as marathons or 60-mile walks to support those with cancer, Aubrey serves humbly and with a smile, and brings her gentle, honest, caring approach to the services she performs for our clients.

Chad Clement is a reformed rough-neck logger who grew up in Grays Harbor County.  Raised by a single mother who was often ill, he had to learn to be self-sufficient from an early age.  While 17 and still in high school, Chad worked full-time and had his own apartment & car.  He obtained his real estate license before the age of 20, and by 30 was the sales manager of a $100m company.  Chad's hard work ethic and years of valuable experience have given the advantage to countless of his clients over the years.  His aptitude for shrewd negotiating has saved his clients lots of money (and headaches!).  Chad's kids and wife are the loves of his life, and he spends time helping coach them in football, basketball or what ever else they get themselves involved in!

What Chad says about his sales philosophy:

Selling isn't about what you say, it's about listening, helping and working hard.  There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Pierce County real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

The biggest compliment I can ever receive is when a past client calls me to ask if I'm available to help them once again.  That, or when I receive a call from a family member or friend of a past client, and I'm fortunate to say that it happens often.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Puyallup, Graham, Sumner, Spanaway, Bonney Lake, Orting, Tacoma... you get the idea...  please contact me.

What Aubrey says about her sales philosophy:

"My way of doing business is simple... I treat others the way I like to be treated.  I do my best to put myself in our client's shoes, and then apply my service mentality, knowledge of the industry & my hard work ethic to help them as best I can".  She goes on to say that "I never try to 'sell' anyone anything but, rather, focus on helping them get what they want".
