Agents 4 Charity.org is a network of charity-minded, licensed real estate professionals who share the mission of helping charities and religious organizations provide badly needed services to our local, national and world communities by volunteering our time and financial resources. How can you make a difference?
It's simple. Anybody across the nation can use one of our referral agents. All you have to do is allow one of our quality agents to help you purchase your next property, or help get the word out. The excellent representation we provide to home buyers is completely FREE. We'll help in every aspect of your purchase, including finding a great home, providing & interpreting market analysis data so that you can feel comfortable that you're getting a great deal, negotiating the best possible purchase price, navigating through the inspection and financing processes and helping ensure that you proceed to a smooth closing. Your agent has pre-agreed to allow HALF of the commission they are offered by the seller of the home to be donated to your favorite religious organization or charity.
If you were going to purchase a big screen TV and could find it for the same price at three stores... but one store was going to give fifty percent of the entire purchase price to a charity of your selection... where would you buy that TV? That's exactly what we do, except for one big difference... in this scenario you'd be the one paying for the TV. In our program, you don't spend an extra dime! You simply do what you were going to do anway... purchase a property... but your choice to accept the free services of the Agents 4 Charity network makes it possible to do great things, in the spirit of giving.
Think of a doctor or lawyer who sometimes provide their services to the needy at heavily discounted rates. That's what our professionals do... except the real beauty of our service is that our clients don't pay a dime. You receive FREE service and a large rebate is made available for you to donate to your favorite charity. It's simple, easy and costs you nothing.
How can Agents 4 Charity afford to do this?
When a home owner lists their property for sale, they offer in the listing contract a commission to the buyer's agent who brings them a qualified buyer. So, our service is free to you, because the seller pays us. The standard commission rate offered by a seller is 2 to 4 percent (normally 3%), which can be tens of thousands of dollars (it changes with the purchase price of each property). Our agents donate 1/2 the money they earn to your favorite charity, making wonderful things happen all over our greater community.
Why do we only donate 1/2 of our income to charity? We have a tax liability for the income, and the federal government only allows us to write off up to 50% of our income as donations. By the time we pay taxes on the remainder, there isn't much left to pay us for our time... but we're thankful and satisfied that our work has done great things for the community.

You can donate to specific fundraising efforts! Let's say your religious organization is in need of a new school bus, or there is a mission trip they're trying to generate funds for. If you're going to buy a property anyway, why not use our referral network so that you can support that effort in a HUGE way? How to choose an agent

If there is an agent in your religious community, or if you have a friend who's an agent & you want to support them... they can become a referral network agent with no sign up fee. Simply sign up with us and we will make the necessary business arrangements with them, then link you together.

Referral network sales are separate from our every day business.
Think of a dentist or doctor who chooses to help certain segments of the community at a greatly reduced fee, as a way to give back... that professional works for standard industry rates a majority of the time, which allows them to provide reduced-cost or free services when he or she can. That's exactly what our professionals do. Not every sale we handle is a network sale, because we may donate up to 75% or more of our commissions on those transactons, and we'd be out of business in a hurry if we did that every time! Buyers we help through Agents4Charity are taken on as low fee, charitable projects since we are rebating, or "donating" much of our earned commission to our home buyers so it is available to donate, in turn, to their charity. As result, only those buyers identifying their intent up front by sigining up on our website will be accepted into the program.
