| The K-Diamond-K is a 1600 acre guest dude ranch (with an additional 30,000 acres leased for summer grazing). It's located in central / northern Washington, nestled in beautiful terrain with plenty of trees, meadows and fresh mountain air. It's generally very warm & sunny in the summer, while offering loads of fun in the snow during the winter months. Guests are encouraged to work (for fun!) on the ranch during their stay - you can help herd horses & cattle, play with baby animals (when available) and more. Ride horses, float the river or swim in the beautiful lake just a few minutes away. This is not a "resort" where you will be wiated on hand and foot... even better, you'll be treated like family. Meals are included and are served 3 times each day, family style, in the main lodge - you'll be eating with real ranch hands, and probably the owners too!
